Mary has done an outstanding job with our two children.  They both went through Kindermusik with Mary and both seemed very well prepared for lessons on the piano when they started.  Mary has a great demeanor for working with students.  She is very encouraging and the kids want to please her.  She is very knowledgeable in piano and has expansions which help students write compositions and learn the theory that they will need.

Mary wants her students to enjoy music and being a musician.  She teaches them not just to play a song, but to experience the emotions behind the notes and to know more about the composer.
